Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead and develop a high-performing project team in Florida. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, monitor progress, and drive safety and quality programs across complex projects.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in construction engineering or related fields, with 1–2 years in a managerial role, and an OSHA-30 certification or commitment to completing it within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project individuals; establish expectations and support development plans.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution with cross-functional collaboration and proactive issue resolution.
• Oversees procurement of project-related materials and subcontractors; ensures timely delivery and alignment with sequences.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders; applies advanced project management skills.
• Evaluates project performance; implements corrective actions and lessons learned.
• Reviews comprehensive project documentation for compliance and future reference.
• Partner with Superintendent to drive quality and safety programs, uphold safety standards, and mitigate risks.
