GFT is seeking an experienced hourly Senior Project Manager to join our Construction Services team in California. The role focuses on leading multi-disciplinary projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards.

You will develop plans, coordinate resources across practices, manage stakeholders, and oversee contract execution while driving new business development aligned with the business plan.

Qualifications

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• 15+ years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; PMI, PMP or approved equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead project pursuit decisions (go/no-go).
• Develop proposals and coordinate input from team members.
• Negotiate contract scopes and fees; present proposals to clients.
