This role guides multidisciplinary teams, directs complex project delivery, and serves as a key decision-maker ensuring projects meet performance standards. The successful candidate will lead strategic planning, risk management, and client coordination, advancing mobility and infrastructure goals while upholding

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience on large-scale transportation or infrastructure programs.
• 2nd bullet: 10+ years leading professional staff and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with multiple project delivery methods and adaption to agency requirements.
• PE license required; engineering degree required.
• Proven executive leadership on major programs and ability to deliver on time and on budget.
• Strong strategic leadership and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for major transit and infrastructure projects.
• 2) Lead multidisciplinary teams in planning, coordination, design, construction and environmental works.
• 3) Build relationships with client executives, contractors and stakeholders.
• 4) Guide design and construction deliverables to meet technical standards.
• 5) Oversee contracts, cost and schedule management and phasing strategies.
• 6) Develop and implement delivery strategies to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes.
• 7) Lead high-level meetings and present analyses to executives.
• 8) Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence consistent with PGH Wong’s mission.
