Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced Project Leader to oversee full project delivery from preconstruction through closeout in a senior role in Seattle. You will partner with clients, designers, and trade partners to meet strategic goals, maintain safety, and ensure financial performance across complex projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field and 7–10 years of PM experience, including 5 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in construction project management.
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees full project lifecycle from award to closeout, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, safety, and quality goals.
• Directs project teams and coordinates with clients, designers, and trade partners.
• Establishes risk management and project execution plans aligned with DPR values and standards.
