Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field required.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, develops, and manages a team of construction project professionals to ensure exceptional performance and talent development.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution with proactive risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and safety compliance.
• Approves procurement of project-related materials and subcontractors to align with work sequences and field requirements.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders using advanced project management practices.
• Evaluates project performance and implements corrective actions while ensuring documentation and compliance.
• Partners with the Superintendent to implement quality and safety programs and maintain incident-free environments.
