Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee a construction program for clients. The role emphasizes client relationships, stakeholder management, financial reporting, procurement and contracting, and successful program delivery.

The ideal candidate will have proven capability in managing complex programs, coordinating across multiple teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of program management methods and best practices.
• Forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule and scope management.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Understand and follow site HSSE policies.
• Be proficient with MS Office and project/data tools.
• Data management and project management software experience.

Responsibilities

• Influence and implement defined processes and procedures across program phases.
• Coordinate information management systems within the delivery teams.
• Gather and document design requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure timely interfaces with projects.
• Coordinate funding aligned to governance before capital works.
• Define contracting strategy to achieve performance and outcomes.
• Oversee procurement approach from pre-qualification to contract award.
• Develop and maintain the master project schedule.
• Monitor collection, storage, and dissemination of project information.
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigation plans.
• Monitor change control processes for scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Ensure smooth transition of projects to operations.
• Drive continuous program improvement and lessons learned.
