Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Execution Leader in Phoenix, AZ to provide senior leadership for multiple mid-size projects or a large, complex construction effort. You will partner with field operations and senior leadership to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met while managing client and trade partner relationships.

You will direct project managers, escalate complex issues, and drive strategic improvement by leveraging the Family of Companies and Self-Perform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management or operations.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of multiple mid-size projects or a large project, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety objectives.
• Directs and supports project managers and teams, guiding on complex execution challenges and decision-making.
• Serves as the primary escalation point for significant project risks, client concerns, contractual matters and performance issues.
• Oversees project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost controls, contract administration and risk management strategies.
• Partners with superintendents and safety leadership to reinforce field presence, safety leadership behaviours and high-risk planning/execution.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, designers, support resources and key trade partners for collaboration and issue resolution.
• Mentors project leaders with coaching, performance feedback and individualized development plans.
