Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a Senior Project Leader to provide executive oversight for multiple mid-size projects or a large complex construction program. You will drive delivery aligned with safety, quality, schedule, budget and risk objectives, while leading project teams and fostering strong client relationships.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with field operations and senior stakeholders, and mentor a cadre of project leaders to elevate performance and outcomes across the Family of Companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management or operations.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of multiple mid-size projects or a large project, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety objectives.
• Directs and supports project managers and project teams on complex execution challenges.
• Escalates significant project risks, client concerns, contractual matters and performance issues.
• Oversees project financial performance including budgets, forecasts, cost controls and risk management.
• Partners with superintendents and safety leadership to reinforce field presence and safety leadership.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients, designers, and trade partners; mentors project leaders.
