Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a plan to meet contract goals and maximize project earnings.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests while maintaining client relationships.
• Deliver Work-In-Place and earnings performance per profit plan.
• Represent HRCG in owner meetings and coordinate with project staff.
• Ensure safety program requirements are implemented and risk controls maintained.
• Establish staff roles and provide resources to meet expectations.
