This role reports to the Project Executive/Principal-in-Charge and leads the project’s overall performance, including schedule, budget, safety, and quality, to meet client expectations. The Senior PM will manage contract plans, staff responsibilities, risk controls, and client communications while promoting the firm within the industry and

Qualifications

• 4 year engineering degree or equivalent required.
• 15+ years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead responsibility and accountability for overall project performance and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute a plan to meet contract requirements, project goals, and earnings.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company’s interests while maintaining client relations.
• Deliver Work-In-Place and earnings per the unit profit plan.
• Define staff roles, responsibilities, and expectations and ensure resources to meet them.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with the corporate safety program on projects.
• Establish and maintain required risk controls throughout the project.
• Represent HRCG in owner meetings and prepare staff for them.
• Promote HRCG in the industry and communities while maintaining a community-friendly approach.
• Ensure WBE/MBE requirements are met on each project.
• Coordinate with labor organizations and assist with labor issues as needed.
• Participate in monthly project status reviews and prepare required information for meetings.
• Deliver complete, accurate monthly status reports to the client for each project.
