Responsibilities

• Maintain owner, architect, subcontractor and vendor relations; conduct weekly client meetings and prepare minutes.
• Manage budget and financial reporting; use change orders and logs through CMiC management software.
• Maintain general contract and subcontract documents and ensure quality control.
