Qualifications

• High School diploma required; vocational schooling a plus.
• Must have OSHA 30.
• Twenty years of industry experience or knowledge is vital.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain on-site logistics plans and procedures for the field operations.
• Interface with on-site work teams, subcontractors, to resolve problems and ensure safety, quality, and schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and project management to ensure work complies with drawings and schedules; attend weekly meetings.
• Develop, update and maintain the Project Schedule, including master and look-ahead schedules, and prepare daily reports.
• Maintain document controls and ensure alignment with latest design docs and shop drawings.
• Develop and maintain the Site Safety Plan and conduct weekly safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Lead weekly foreman and superintendent meetings and ensure timely minutes.
• Ensure risk controls per corporate policies are established and maintained.
• Serve as liaison with municipalities and labor representatives.
• Train and develop direct reports.
