Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Five years' construction management experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly client meetings and prepare minutes.
• Manage budget and financial reporting using CMiC tooling.
• Maintain contract and subcontract documents.
• Oversee QA/QC and ensure current design drawings are followed.
• Create and distribute monthly project schedules.
• Establish procedures for drawings, submittals, and change orders.
• Lead IIF program participation and safety culture.
• Perform inspections and resolve issues monthly (DBO2).
• Organize work and mentor project staff.
