Hunter Roberts is seeking a Project Manager for our Philadelphia unit. The PM will plan, coordinate and supervise personnel, subcontractors and vendors to complete projects on time and within budget.
Requirements include a 4-year engineering degree, five years of experience in construction management, and OSHA 30 certification. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential in this role.
Hunter Roberts is currently seeking Project Managers to join our Philadelphia business unit.
The Project Manager reports to the Senior Project Manager or Project Executive and plans, coordinates, directs and supervises personnel (depending on size of project), subcontractors and vendors engaged on projects ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget and to the quality specified within the Client contract. All employees should represent Hunter Roberts in a professional manner and assist in earning client-partner satisfaction every day.
Educational and experience requirements include: 4 year engineering degree or equivalent, plus at least five years’ experience/knowledge of construction management required. Thorough understanding of industry practices, processes, standards, etc and their impact on project activities is vital. OSHA 30 is required.
Superior communication, written and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential
Excellent attention to detail and diligence to assure high quality deliverables
Excellent attention to client service
Understanding of blueprints, plans and specs
