Job summary

Lindamood Inc. in Texas is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple construction and demolition projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

You will mentor Project Managers and engineers, coordinate with clients and design professionals, manage contracts and finances, and drive risk mitigation to deliver profitable, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years progressive construction project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing large commercial, heavy civil, infrastructure, or demolition projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience managing project financials, forecasting, and profitability.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management for multiple construction and demolition projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain understanding of all contract documents, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead project planning, execution, and closeout while ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Establish objectives, budgets, schedules, policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
• Oversee and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and staff with coaching and development.
• Collaborate with Estimating during turnover and assist with budgeting and execution strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Lead contract negotiations, change orders, claims management, and issue resolution.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost controls.
• Review financial performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure projects meet profit margins and schedules; monitor resource allocation.
• Direct field teams to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with specs.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and costs.
• Review progress reports and provide guidance to field leadership.
