Lindamood, Inc. (operating as Lindamood Demolition) is seeking a Safety Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role in McKinney, TX.

You will implement health, safety, and environmental programs across demolition and dirt work, conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure policy compliance. You will develop and deliver safety training, maintain documentation, assist with incident investigations, and work with project teams to foster a safety-first culture and continuous safety

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices for construction, demolition, or related industries.
• Experience with EHS programs including regulatory compliance and environmental protection standards.
• Skills in Safety Training, including orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training.
• Proficiency in Accident Investigation, incident reporting, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse field teams and leadership.
• Ability to organize and maintain accurate safety records, reports and documentation.
• Prior experience in demolition, construction, or heavy civil work is preferred.
• Degree or equivalent practical experience in safety-related fields; professional certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités
