• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• 8+ years in commercial construction project management.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and risk management.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Established relationships with contractors, consultants, and vendors within assigned markets.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale or complex construction and capital improvement projects.
• Develop and manage multi-million dollar project budgets and schedules, identifying and mitigating risk.
• Serve as the senior client-facing representative to owners, tenants, and capital partners.
• Direct the selection, contracting, and performance management of architects, engineers, and general contractors.
• Negotiate complex contracts, change orders, and dispute resolutions.
• Mentor and guide Project Managers, Associate PMs, and Coordinators.
• Present status, budget, and risk updates to senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure compliance with entitlements, permitting, and codes and regulations.
• Oversee project closeout, commissioning, and transition to property management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
