Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Dallas,TX seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager, Construction to lead planning, execution, and delivery of major capital projects. This client-facing leader will mentor staff and set delivery standards within the market.

Ideal candidate has strong budgeting, contracting, and risk-management skills, with 8+ years in commercial construction and proven leadership. This role is 100% in-office with travel to properties as needed and offers a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction-related field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale or complex construction projects.
• Develop and manage multi-million dollar budgets and schedules; identify and mitigate risk.
• Serve as senior client-facing representative, maintaining trust with owners and partners.
• Direct selection, contracting, and performance management of architects, engineers, and general contractors.
• Negotiate complex contracts, change orders, and dispute resolutions.
• Mentor junior PMs and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Present status, budget, and risk updates to leadership and clients.
• Ensure compliance with entitlements, permitting, and codes.
• Oversee closeout, commissioning, and transition to property management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
