• Direct all aspects of construction project management from mobilization to project completion, including safety performance, QA/QC, budget, subcontract administration, change management, and scheduling.
• Represent the company in interactions with local jurisdictional entities during construction.
• Lead the project team, coordinate cross-functional communication, monitor safety, schedule, and budget, and report progress to HO management and customers.
• Develop and implement recovery plans for schedule slippages and unanticipated events; prepare periodic management and customer reports and presentations.
• Conduct construction team meetings and coordinate with subcontractors; manage project budget and control expenses.
