Job summary

Linde Engineering North America LLC in The Woodlands, TX, is looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead the construction phase from proposal preparation to mechanical completion. You will manage scope, estimates, constructability reviews, and execution planning while coordinating with multiple teams to assure safety, quality, schedule and budget alignment.

This role requires 3+ years of experience on multi-million dollar projects, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years experience managing $25M+ construction projects.
• Broad understanding of each construction discipline.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction portion from proposal to mechanical completion.
• Involvement in estimating to ensure cost coverage.
• Visit site during bid stage to identify constraints and requirements.
• Define scope of work and execution plan for construction.
• Lead constructability reviews and modularization assessments.
• Initiate and update construction execution plan periodically.
• Participate in kick-off meetings to align scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead project team and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Review bid tabulations with director, PM, and procurement.
• Manage subcontract documentation and progress monitoring.
