Qualifications

• 5-10 years of construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or similar.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the project schedule.
• Participate in all preconstruction services.
• Manage and collaborate with critical trade partners.
• Drive trade partner and purchase agreement negotiations.
• Lead a project-dedicated staff, establishing roles and expectations.
• Maintain relationships with clients, trade partners, and vendors.
• Develop project cost structure and handle monthly billing.
• Develop and implement project safety and quality plans.
• Manage procurement, including labor, equipment, materials, and partners.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial forecasting.
• Lead development of project team members and conduct reviews.
