Qualifications

• Manages critical subcontractors and procurement.
• Negotiates subcontracts and purchase agreements with terms.
• Manages a project-dedicated staff and defines roles.
• Maintains client, subcontractor and vendor relationships.
• Creates and manages a value schedule and pay apps.
• Supports safety planning and quality control implementations.
