Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project individuals by establishing expectations and fostering development.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution, monitoring progress and addressing escalated issues to ensure timely completion with safety first.
• Oversees procurement of project-related materials, equipment, and subcontractors, aligning with work sequences and field needs.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with advanced project management knowledge.
• Evaluates project performance, identifies improvements, and implements corrective actions.
• Partners with the Superintendent to lead quality and safety programs, upholding safety standards and addressing risks.
