Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, including 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full project lifecycle from business award through final completion, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, safety and quality objectives.
• Directs project teams (PMs, engineers, field staff) and aligns them with execution plans and standards; maintains safety and engagement in high-risk activities.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients, designers, and trade partners to promote collaboration and proactively resolve challenges.
• Reviews and approves major project decisions (budgets, contracts, schedules) with executives and senior leadership.
• Leads project risk management and mitigation in line with DPR’s standards.
• Mentors team members through coaching, feedback, and development plans to strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Drives continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing process enhancements.
