Job summary

DN is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead highly complex construction projects from planning through closeout in Irving, Texas. You will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while maintaining strong client relations and ensuring quality and safety commitments.

The role requires a minimum of five years of project management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience as a Project Manager or in a related field.
• Ability to foster individual growth and directly supervise a team.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster seamless team collaboration and engage clients effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
• Proficient in conflict resolution to maintain project cohesion.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex and cornerstone projects.
• Lead regional construction department through meetings and mentorship of junior team members.
• Oversee project lifecycle from pre-job planning to closeout.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
• Define project scope, objectives, and requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project schedules with milestones and regular progress reviews.
• Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Review contracts for scope, budget, and timelines; manage subcontractor scopes.
• Ensure collaboration among subcontractors for timely task execution and cost efficiency.
• Prepare, manage, and adapt project budgets; track expenses and change orders.
• Oversee expenditures for workforce, machinery, and supplies; manage cash flow.
• Guide the team to meet KPIs across safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and financials.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Control and Safety Programs.
• Organize Closeout meetings; gather stakeholder feedback for smooth transition.
• Evaluate superintendent performance and mentor growth of Project Engineers and APMs.
