Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Manager, Construction to independently manage mid to large-scale capital projects. You will own budgets, schedules, and vendor performance, serving as the primary liaison for owners and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to Lincoln's quality standards.

The role requires a 100% in-office work arrangement with regular site visits and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years on commercial construction or tenant improvement projects.
• Proven track record delivering on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, budgets, schedules, and building codes.
• Vendor and contractor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules with status reports.
• Select and manage architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Review contracts, bids, and change orders for budget alignment.
• Oversee document review, permitting, and AHJ approvals.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and safety.
• Manage pay applications, invoicing, and project accounting.
• Lead project closeout with punch lists and warranties.
