• Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and risk management.
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Established relationships with contractors, consultants, and vendors in assigned markets.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale or complex construction and capital improvement projects.
• Lead ground-up data center projects from preconstruction through core and shell construction and commissioning.
• Oversee integration of critical electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure.
• Develop and manage multi-million dollar budgets and schedules, identifying risk.
• Mentor junior project management staff and mentor project teams.
• Present project status, budget, and risk updates to senior leadership and clients.
• Direct selection and performance management of architects, engineers, and general contractors.
• Negotiate complex contracts, change orders, and dispute resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with entitlements, permitting, and all codes and regulations.
• Oversee project closeout, commissioning, and transition to property management.
