Job summary

Nabholz Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects in Conway, AR. You will guide teams through preconstruction, planning, execution, and close-out, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.

You will mentor project staff, foster client relationships, and represent Nabholz in business development. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred in Construction Management or related field.
• 15+ years of Project Management in commercial construction with P&L and schedule accountability.
• Leadership experience over project teams with talent development responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution and motivation.
• OSHA 30-hour training.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Scheduling software(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive leadership on assigned construction projects from preconstruction through warranty.
• Ensure safety, client satisfaction, project quality, cost control, profitability, and schedule adherence.
• Manage one or more Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers; mentor team.
• Represent Nabholz in business development and industry events.
• Promote safe execution and proactive project planning to minimize incidents.
