Job summary
Nabholz Corporation is seeking an experienced constructor responsible for preconstruction on projects from concept through design in Little Rock, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will lead project teams, manage schedules, and develop cost estimates, ensuring effective communication with internal and external clients. A Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering and 7-10 years of relevant experience are required. We offer competitive benefits including medical and retirement plans.
Qualifications
7-10 years of combined experience as a construction PM or Estimator.
Strong project management skills to plan and execute multiple projects.
Previous experience with pre-construction phases of building.
Responsibilities
Lead the project preconstruction team.
Prepare preliminary master construction schedule.
Evaluate existing site conditions and coordinate necessary investigations.
Assist in developing competitive bid strategies for subcontracts.
