Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a superintendent on jobs of $25 million and up.
• Must have expertise in construction means, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.
• OSHA-30 trained.

Responsibilities

• Enforce project safety policies and ensure compliance.
• Plan and supervise Foreman and craft activities.
• Coordinate assigned work of different crafts and maintain communication.
