Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex industrial real estate projects from inception to completion. The role requires driving planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution while coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

You will manage client relationships, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and uphold JLL's culture of collaboration and belonging in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management in the industrial real estate industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
