Job summary

Kokosing Industrial, Inc. seeks a Project Executive to lead one or more large-scale industrial projects across the Midwest. This senior role directs the project delivery team, coordinates with prime clients, and ensures safety, budget, and schedule adherence.

Travel throughout the Midwest and base from regional offices is expected. The PX will manage multiple projects, apply CPM-based scheduling, and drive strong client relationships while coordinating subcontracts and self-performing trades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• 10+ years of experience in construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the project delivery team to meet schedule and budget.
• Build and maintain client relationships and coordinate with prime client.
• Direct work plans, staff assignments, and resource staffing.
• Oversee safety, quality, and compliance across projects.
• Review proposals, budgets, and schedules; report to management.
