Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. seeks a Project Executive to oversee one or more large-scale industrial and data center projects in the Midwest, coordinating project teams and subcontractors, and ensuring safety, schedule, and budget.

The PX will travel across the Midwest, base in regional offices, lead client relations, and drive project delivery using various contracting methods, CPM scheduling, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management experience.
• PE and/or DBIA credentialing is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery for large-scale industrial and power projects.
• Direct and coordinate project team and subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client relations.
• Lead meetings and mentor team members.
