Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of construction professionals, setting expectations and supporting growth.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution, monitoring progress and addressing escalated issues.
• Manages project finances, contract administration, risk, and stakeholder negotiations to meet targets.
• Collaborates with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects.
