Job summary

You will oversee QA coordinators, monitor metrics, and ensure early integration of quality into PEP responses and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field.
• 7–9 years in project management, quality assurance or related field.
• 2–4 years in a managerial capacity.
• CMQ/OE certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the implementation and maintenance of quality frameworks to ensure products and services meet expectations.
• Facilitates cross-functional quality review meetings across multi-matrix scopes with data-driven insights.
• Manages quality coordinators to achieve expectations and drive professional growth.
• Monitors quality processes in early project phases and during construction, aligning with frameworks.
• Investigates quality non-conformance items and ensures corrective/preventive actions.
• Tracks and analyzes key quality metrics to identify trends and improvements.
