Job summary

Webcor Construction, LP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee on-site and office activities for major Reno projects. You will manage subcontractors, vendors and personnel to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to Webcor’s quality standards.

The role anticipates supporting the Reno CONRAC project for ~18 months, then transitioning to the Barton Health project in South Lake Tahoe. You will drive safety, cost control, scheduling and team development across multi-project

Qualifications

10+ years of managing complex construction projects
OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred)
LEED AP and/or GA preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required)

Responsibilities

Manage safety on site and enforce Webcor safety policy.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors and personnel to meet schedule and budget.
Develop and publish project schedule; monitor progress and milestones.
Lead, mentor and develop project team; provide timely feedback.
Control costs, budgets, forecasts and change orders; analyze risks.
Maintain document control for RFIs, subcontractors, drawings, specs and reports.
Maintain QA/QC programs and oversee punch list execution.
Support pursuits and stakeholder communications with clients and owners.
