Webcor Construction, LP is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support the Project Management team by promoting site safety and coordinating planning, scheduling, and administration of assigned work. This role ensures work is completed on time and within budget, while upholding Webcor’s quality standards.

Responsibilities include RFI and submittal processing, change orders, procurement, scheduling, field coordination, and LEED compliance, with emphasis on VDC coordination and document control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• LEED GA certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of surveying, scheduling, drawings, and construction sequencing.

Responsabilités

• Promotes and adheres to safety best practices on the jobsite and assists the Project Manager and team in planning, coordination, and administration of projects/scopes of work.
• Reviews field inspection reports and communicates deficiencies to supervisor and responsible Superintendent.
• Manages RFI’s, submittals, change orders, purchasing, scheduling, and progress reports.
• Assists in bidding and buyout activities including scope delineation, bidder outreach, and bid leveling.
• Maintains document control logs and record drawings, tracks document changes and prepares submittal schedules.
• Coordinates project VDC efforts and LEED requirements; performs on-site QC and coordination with trades.
• Takes and distributes accurate meeting minutes, including safety meetings; supports project closeout and buyout activities.
