Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Experience reading drawings and managing multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of multi-discipline construction projects to deliver on time and under budget.
• Develop cost and schedule baselines; manage changes and approvals.
• Coordinate with end users, facilities teams, and contractors across disciplines.
• Ensure site safety and regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycle.
