Job summary

SpaceX in Bastrop, TX is seeking a Construction Project Manager (Starlink) to lead the planning and execution of heavy civil and utility infrastructure at the Starlink production facility. You will manage projects from scope through closeout, coordinating with engineers, vendors, and internal customers to deliver on time and on budget.

This hands-on role requires strong field execution, contract administration, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering discipline is required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in construction, engineering, or facilities management, or 7+ years without a degree.
• Strong leadership or project management experience in civil/utility construction.
• Business-level proficiency in English; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of civil, structural, and utility projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate proposals from architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Develop final project cost and schedule; manage cost and scope controls.
• Facilitate approvals with city, county, and building authorities.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors through close-out and interface with operations.
