Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and own the full lifecycle of multidiscipline construction projects.
• Develop the final cost and schedule for the project.
• Manage site safety and environmental requirements for contractors.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Ability to manage multiple projects

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Basic proficiency with AutoCAD

Knowledge of jurisdictional permitting processes

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management
