Findorff is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from planning to closeout. You will own relationships, safety, scheduling, and financial performance across a diverse project portfolio.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of progressive PM experience, a track record on $80M+ projects, and a collaborative leadership style to coordinate trades and teams while mitigating risks and maximizing value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience in commercial construction.
• Proven success leading large-scale projects valued at $80M+ from preconstruction through closeout.
• Ability to negotiate and manage complex project situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Advanced knowledge of building systems, construction methods, sequencing, and trade coordination.
• Extensive experience with contracts, risk management, and dispute resolution in a commercial environment.
• Track record of leading project teams with a collaborative, team-first leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning through closeout, owning the process, relationships, and results.
• Apply deep understanding of building systems and methods to lead with safety and mitigate risks.
• Drive procurement: bidding, contracting, subcontractor/vendor selection, and submittals.
• Plan and execute: develop schedules, lead meetings, coordinate with teams and safety planning.
• Own financial performance: forecasting, cost control, and change management to deliver strong outcomes.
• Lead project teams: provide direction, mentor members, resolve conflicts, and build client relationships.
