Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience in commercial construction.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale projects valued at $80M or more.
• Ability to negotiate and manage complex project situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from early planning through closeout.
• Manage all financial aspects from estimating to cost control.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and champion safety.
