You\'ll manage budgets, forecasts, and change orders, coordinate with field teams, clients, and trade partners, and develop leadership and technical expertise while keeping projects on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with projects valued at $20M+ from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong problem solving skills to manage project challenges.
• Solid understanding of building systems, construction methods, and sequencing.
• Experience with project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with project teams, clients, and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Apply construction expertise to guide safe, informed day-to-day decision making and keep projects moving forward.
• Support procurement with bidding, contracting, and subcontractor coordination to align scope, schedule, and budget.
• Plan and execute projects by developing schedules, leading meetings, and coordinating with field teams and subcontractors.
• Manage project financials by tracking costs, supporting forecasting, and assisting with change management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to build relationships and contribute to a positive project environment.
