Job summary

Findorff is seeking a Project Manager in Wisconsin to lead commercial construction projects from planning through closeout, focusing on process, relationships, and outcomes.

You will oversee day-to-day decisions, coordinate procurement and subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and develop leadership and technical expertise across projects. This role emphasizes collaboration with clients, trade partners, and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with commercial projects valued at $20M+ from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong problem solving to manage project challenges.
• Solid understanding of building systems, construction methods, and sequencing.
• Experience with project financials: budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with project teams, clients, and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through closeout, supporting process, relationships, and results.
• Apply construction expertise to guide safe, informed day-to-day decisions.
• Support procurement with bidding, contracting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Plan and execute schedules, lead meetings, and coordinate with field teams.
• Manage project financials: track costs, forecast, and assist with change management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to build relationships.
