Job summary

Pullman, a leader in specialty contracting services, is looking for an experienced Project Manager in Kansas City. This role will involve leading complex restoration and repair projects, managing budgets, and fostering relationships with clients while ensuring safety and quality standards.

With significant experience in commercial construction or structural restoration, the ideal candidate will oversee project execution and mentor teams.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in commercial construction and/or structural restoration.
• Proven success managing projects ranging from $1M-$5M+.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and projections.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-performed, complex concrete repair and restoration projects.
• Oversee contracts, including preparation and negotiation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules alongside field leadership.
• Own project financials, including P&L, forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead and mentor project teams including Project Engineers and Field Managers.
• Partner with Estimating and Business Development teams on bid reviews.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Champion safety and quality across all phases of work.
