Job summary

Stampede Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Anchorage, AK to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will work with the Project Superintendent to maximize coordination, review contracts, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery across government and private sector work. The role requires strong leadership, extensive construction management experience, and relevant certifications (USACE CQM, OSHA 30, LEED AP, EM-385).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AS or BA in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Proven experience managing projects.
• USACE CQM, OSHA 30, LEED AP, EM-385 16 HR certifications.
• Experience managing projects $15M–$20M.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects by following policies, procedures and core values.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent for site efficiency.
• Review prime contracts and negotiate terms.
• Ensure project financial performance and budget adherence.
• Establish and maintain site quality control per contract requirements.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with specifications and contracts.
• Manage project schedules and budgets; handle change management.
• Prepare and review subcontracts and vendor purchase orders.
• Provide preconstruction services as required.
