Responsibilities

• Manage multiple design and construction projects for Owners, from preconstruction to closeout.
• Lead solicitations, selection, and contract administration with vendors and GC partners.
• Oversee design progress, budget, and schedule; facilitate meetings and decisions.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings, site visits, RFIs/ASIs, and change orders.
• Provide on-site QA and monthly budget reports; monitor risk and documentation.
