Job summary

Stampede Ventures in Anchorage, AK seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead construction, renovation and civil projects for government and private clients. You will coordinate with the Project Superintendent, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requires 25+ years of experience, a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, USACE CQM, OSHA 30, LEED AP, EM-385 16 HR, and proficiency with P6. Travel to sites and strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of twenty-five years of construction field or office experience.
• Experience with project schedules and budgets; strong leadership.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards (OSHA 30, EM-385).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to manage projects per policies and values.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent for efficiency.
• Review contracts, subcontracts, and vendor orders.
• Track costs, schedules, and project performance against targets.
• Prepare and present project updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety plans and client requirements.
• Conduct pre-bid site visits and coordination meetings.
• Oversee change management and budget changes.
