Job summary

Stampede Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent for Anchorage, AK. The role requires on-site supervision and coordination of project plans per SOW, with duties including scheduling, reporting, and daily coordination with Project Manager and safety personnel.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
• OSHA 30 Training required.
• Minimum of 3 years in construction; federal/DOD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site implementation and coordination of the project plans per the SOW
• Schedule and execute all phases of construction
• Estimating experience including RSMeans
• Attendance at regular internal and external tailgates meetings including daily discussions on project health and safety
• Preparation of daily reports with Project Manager, Site Safety & Health Officer and QCM
• Review and processing of project submittals
• Active role in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with all on site staff
• Coordination with on-site subs
• Other duties as assigned
