Structure Tone Southwest is seeking a Project Executive to drive timely completion and profitability on major corporate accounts. You will lead all project personnel, maintain owner relations, and ensure operational responsibilities are completed to a high standard.

You will collaborate with owners, tenants, architects and engineers, oversee procurement, change orders, and payments, and identify opportunities to generate repeat business through effective relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years of commercial general contractor project management experience.
• Ability to meet and work with owners and architects professionally.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors in a business-like manner.
• Knowledge of financial management and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team to ensure timely completion and profitability.
• Maintain positive relations with owners, tenants and professional groups.
• Monitor daily project activity and report variances to leadership.
• Review bids, change orders and procurement in line with policy.
• Oversee safety meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure accurate project reporting and close-out procedures.
• Manage client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with STI regional offices or alliance partners.
